Join us in Lexington, Kentucky
July 23-25, 2025

Lodging

A block of sleeping rooms has been set at the Hilton Lexington Downtown, 369 West Vine Street, Lexington, KY 40507. Airport shuttle service to and from Bluegrass Airport and free self-parking will be available to guests.

Block dates are July 22 – 25, 2025 with a rate of $159 per night, plus taxes.

Meeting Registration* (Includes materials, reception, breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and some events)

$275 (members)
$300 (non-members)

Guests (includes 7/24 reception, 7/25 luncheon, 7/26 lunch)

$165 per person

$75 per person

Friday Local Ag Tour (bus limit is 56)

* Corporate Partners receive complimentary registrations based on their level of participation. Evening Group Event registration is not included. Please contact the FFSC Office for registration information.

Registration Deadline is July 7 (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Cancellations made before July 7 will receive a FULL REFUND of REGISTRATION FEES. No refunds after that date.
